Why avoid page builders like Elementor or Divi?
They add huge amounts of CSS/JS, slow your site, and lock your content into their format. Hand-coded themes are lighter, faster, more secure, and not held hostage to a builder's quirks or licensing.
Will my team still be able to edit content?
Yes. I build with the native block editor and custom blocks/fields so editing is easy and visual — you just don't get the bloat and lock-in of a third-party builder.
