For 501(c)(3) Nonprofits

Google gives nonprofits
$10,000 a month in free ads.
Most never claim it.

It's called the Google Ad Grant, and your organization probably qualifies. We get you approved, build the campaigns, keep Google happy — and set up free professional email for your team while we're at it. You pay nothing until your grant is approved, then a flat $150/month. Cancel anytime.

The unclaimed grant

Why most nonprofits never see this money

The program is real and it's been running since 2003. What stands between organizations and the $10,000 is paperwork, rules, and upkeep — the parts we take over.

You've never heard of it

Google doesn't advertise the Ad Grants program, so most of the 1.5 million eligible US nonprofits never claim their $10,000 a month.

The application is a maze

Nonprofit verification, Google for Nonprofits, website review, Ad Grants activation — four gates, each with its own rules and rejections.

Approved accounts quietly die

Google suspends grant accounts that fall under a 5% click-through rate. Without upkeep, most do — often without anyone at the organization noticing.

Agencies charge $250–600 a month

Grant management is usually priced for large charities. Small and mid-size organizations get priced out of their own free money.

Questions

Ad Grants FAQ

Is this really free money from Google?+

Yes. Google Ad Grants is an official Google program, running since 2003, that gives eligible 501(c)(3) nonprofits up to $10,000 per month in Google Search advertising credit. It isn't a trial or a discount — it renews every month for as long as the account stays compliant.

What's the catch?+

There's no catch, but there are rules. Grant ads run on Google Search only, must promote your mission (not commercial activity), and the account has to hold a 5% click-through rate or Google can suspend it. Those rules are exactly why the average grant account spends only about $300 of its $10,000 — and why ongoing management matters.

What if our grant isn't approved?+

Then you pay nothing — ever. Our $150/month starts only after Google approves your Ad Grants account and your ads are actually running.

Is our organization eligible?+

You need current 501(c)(3) status and a working website. Hospitals and healthcare organizations, schools and universities, and government entities aren't eligible — though the charitable or fundraising arm of a school or hospital usually is. Not sure? Send the form and we'll check for free.

What's the free email part?+

The same Google for Nonprofits enrollment that unlocks the ad grant also includes Google Workspace for Nonprofits — free professional email at your own domain (you@yourorganization.org), plus Docs, Drive, and Meet. We set it up as part of onboarding at no extra charge.

Who owns the accounts?+

You do — always. The Google for Nonprofits account, the Ad Grants account, and the email are all registered to your organization. If you ever leave us, everything keeps working and stays with you. That's how we run every project: we build it, you own it, we stay.

How long does approval take?+

Typically two to four weeks end to end: nonprofit verification, Google for Nonprofits activation, then the Ad Grants application and account review. We handle every step and keep you posted along the way.

Will the ads bring us donations?+

The grant buys Google Search visibility: people searching for your cause, programs, or services find you instead of scrolling past. For most organizations that means more program signups, volunteers, and awareness first, with donations growing as traffic does. We build the campaigns around whichever goal matters most to you.

Can we cancel?+

Anytime — there's no contract. The grant and the email accounts are yours and keep working; you'd simply take over the monthly campaign upkeep yourself.

The grant renews every month. The months you don't claim it are gone.

Send the free eligibility check — we'll tell you within one business day whether the $10,000/month is yours, and you pay nothing until it is.
